To provide commercially aware telephone and email advice and support to clients across various industry sectors on a range of Employment Law and HR issues. This includes drafting documents to support the advice given and providing on-site support for more complex or contentious matters. Additionally, deliver HR and Employment Law training and webinars, both remotely and in person (optional), produce employment law updates, and handle diverse HR consultancy tasks, remotely and/or in person (optional). Perform any other reasonable duties as directed by the Head of Employment Law and Advice Line Manager.
